Support will include exploring mindfulness, stress reduction, and self-compassion techniques and practices. Support is provided in a compassionate, non-judgmental and safe environment where your confidentiality is respected. 

Birth Recovery Support: Support will include exploring mindfulness for post-birth, postpartum depression and birth trauma.

Mindfulness for Pain: Change your relationship with pain so that you are able to experience relief and healing in the middle of uncomfortable physical sensations.

Couples Support: Exploring mindfulness together can support and strengthen your relationship as you prepare to experience change in the future or where you currently are on your journey together.

Investment: $120 + tax for initial session, $90 + tax for follow up session

Be present with your partner, and be guided together through exercises that strengthen your connection. Experience mindful touch, breathing, and communication with Randi-Mae Stanford Leibold.

Learn how to massage your partner’s neck and shoulders with Michelle F. Smith.

Play with a few fun partner stretches and poses that you can do together with Swaati Mehra-Ramcharan.

6-Week Series

Yoga helps stretch and strengthen the whole body – front, back, and sides – it improves your range of motion and circulation. Yoga can decrease back, hip and pelvis pain. This series of small group therapeutic yoga classes are safe, will be tailored to your needs with a focus on your pelvis, back and hips, and provide you a blissful moment to breathe.

Beginner to Intermediate – suitable for all ages, abilities, and prenatal/postnatal stages
